Here at Socious, we are happy to announce version 4 of our Online Knowledge Community Software.
This new version is a culmination of months of work to change the overall navigation of our system and add
some cool new features.

Below are a few screen shots of version 4 that we welcome you take a look at. If you are planning on being

New Overall GUI

The new GUI of the Socious Online Knowledge Community allows for greater customization,
icon based navigation and creates a more visually appealing experience for the user.

Email Engine

Create mailing lists, ongoing or manual to send marketing emails to. Mail merge,
suppression lists, email scheduling, opt-out functionality, testing of emails and a whole lot more
are now available in our Email Engine.

User Profiles (MyPage)

Socious user profiles enable users to share information from your existing AMS, additional
information resident in our system and pull in content from sites such as Twitter, YouTube,
LinkedIn, Flickr and others.

Communities

Community pages give all of your chapters, committees and special interest groups their
own 'website within your website'. This includes their own, forums/listservs, file libraries,
calendaring, event management system, poll/surveys, wiki, media libraries, external site,
announcement lists and more all available from their community page.

Forums/Listservs

The forums have synchronized listservs. You can now get the ease of use of listservs with
the easy searching capability of online forums.

Files Libraries

Fully searchable file libraries give your membership, chapters & committees complete file
storage capabilities.We catalog every word in all text based documents, including PDF's
so files are easy to find.

Media Libraries

Each user, group and the site in general gets their own media library to save photos in
albums and share them with other members and the world.

Advocacy and Issue Tracking

Socious gives your members and groups a single tool to manage the issues that concern
them. Allow members to submit issues, vote on issues and have discussions around issues
to determine what are the more important issues to your members.

Polls and Surveys

Give your site and each group their own polling and surveying engine. Our polls and surveys
enable you to get feedback from your entire membership or a subset of the membership based
on specific criteria. 

Wiki

Not just a wiki glossary, but a full wiki platform for your site and groups. Give your members
and groups collaborative pages that are fully searchable.

Webinar Management

Easily play your webinar recordings on your site through our video library.  Just upload a video,
and the video library builds out the navigation and serves up the video to your members.

Content Management System

The Socious Online Knowledge Community has a built in Content Management System (CMS).
It can manage internal and external web pages for the most advanced coder. Our widget based
pages also allows non-techies to change the layout of their site with zero HTML experience.
You have to see it to believe it.

Speaker Management, Event Management & Online Registration

Our event system is fully integrated with our online community and your AMS. Manage your
large annual conferences with thousands of attendees while giving all of your chapters a single
event tool to manage their regional events. Our integrated speaker management, event
management and online registration system will bring all of your events into one system,
fully integrated with your website and available within your online community. It doesn't get
any more powerful than that.

Website Analytics

Customize your analytic dashboard with the items that are important for you to track. Each
chart can be customized with multiple tracked items, data points, trend lines and much more.

Blogs

Socious enables your site with site level, group level and individual blogs. Blogs can include
images, videos, links and can be internally or externally available. Best of all, like every other
aspect of the Socious system, blogs are fully searchable.

Search

One of the best things about the social system is virtually everything is searchable. Not just
searching across tags and meta data, but full text indexing of files, forum/listerv posts,
issues, blogs, wikis, forum/listserv attachments. If it is in the Socious system, it is easy to find.
